As a former PC guy (I had used PC’s for many, many years) I thought I should write a little article on why I appreciate the mac so much. Below are the top 10 things I appreciate most about the mac setup.
1. The Products Work
I’m no tech genius, and have never claimed to be. For years I had worked in a PC environment with other techs that would help solve problems day in and day out. I was getting tired of it. I wanted to be able to solve my own problems, but better than that, I wanted a system that wouldn’t produce these problems in the first place! I found that with my first mac. Turn it on and it works.
2. Troubleshooting Isn’t For Geeks Anymore
Almost anyone can troubleshoot a mac. Why? Because setup and installation of absolutely everything is easy. If something goes wrong, just refer to your user guide that came with the software or hardware. You’ll find that over time and you become more proficient with the mac, you can do more and more things as well. ‘Cool’ things that are not necessary for the average user, but once you learn them you might want to give them a try!

Lets have a little fun here. From time to time here on Mactropolis we’re going to have ‘Top 10’s’ on various topics. They will usually be funny (at least I hope so). Here’s the first edition of the Mactropolis Top 10.

10. You won’t be ashamed to say your iPhone is small and thin.
The iPhone is slim and compact, and very light. Makes it easy to carry around and keep on you at all times!
9. There’s no chance of your iPhone getting a virus.
Because it’s a mac, there’s no chance of your iPhone getting a virus. That’s one less thing to worry about. No need to visit the ‘doctor’ 
8. The iPhone turns on and off with ease.
With the flick of a finger you can turn the iPhone on and off. Talk about easy!
7. The iPhone is just as much fun and works just as well when you wrap it up.
There are thousands of accessories and cases available for the iPhone. Customize it the way you want it!
6. The iPhone doesn’t care if you finish prematurely.
When you’re done just put it away. The iPhone won’t get mad at you, I guarantee it.
5. The iPhone is only $399.
The price is right for such a high-end device. What does this have to do with?… oh, nevermind.
4. The iPhone fits comfortably in your hand.
I’m not going to comment on this one.
3. There’s no chance of a messy cleanup after using your iPhone.
No chance I’m going to comment on this one either
2. You can upgrade your iPhone.
No need to get stuck with old… technology. Stay up to date with the latest OS and 3rd party apps. There are so many options and choices out there you can do whatever you want with your iPhone!
1. When you’re done with the iPhone, you can leave it alone and it won’t complain.
Just set it down and the iPhone won’t say a word.
